Visited today for lunch; hadn’t booked but was made to feel very welcome. Lovely log burner going, a warm and cosy venue.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely fab; compliments to the chef. Thank you, guys; this is a great find for us.

After a last-minute table cancellation from another local pub, we tried the Carpenters for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and clearly freshly made. The service was fabulous, and even though it was a quiet night for them, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We had our first visit to this charming place today. The service was excellent an the food second to none. we will definitely be going back soon. Lovely place!

Fantastic Sunday lunch, and the cheesecake was amazing!

I had the most amazing birthday meal tonight! The food was wonderful, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Very friendly owner and staff who went over and above to make my birthday special. Would highly recommend!
